Bramming Farm is a residential and mixed use development at the southwest corner of 128th Avenue & Holly Street. The development intent is to bring a healthy mixture of residential and commercial / retail / office use to the site. The 30 acre residential neighborhood contains a variety of housing types including single- family detached, green court and motor court niche homes, single family attached, creative attached products. Valerian provided the client with full landscape plans from conceptual phase through construction documents, including signage, round-a-bout design, and a custom farm themed park.
