County Line Road is the gateway corridor and front door to the Park Meadows Retail Resort in Lone Tree, Colorado. County Line currently has existing medians that are either paved or grass. Valerian provided conceptual landscape treatments for the medians to elevate this and to assist the Park Meadows Metropolitan District with future planning improvements. The landscape concept includes decreasing the formality of the landscape as one moves west towards the mountains. Views to the mountains and adjacent businesses were carefully considered as part of the conceptual landscape alternatives.
