Kennys Run Greenway was awarded the Engineering Excellence Award at this year’s Colorado Association of Stormwater and Floodplain Manager (CASFM) Conference, held in Beaver Creek. Several teams apply and finalists are selected by the CASFM awards committee to present at the conference. Each year rotates between construction based projects and planning based projects. After presentations are completed, CASFM attendees are invited to vote and select the winning project. Valerian and the project team are grateful to receive this recognition from our peers and look forward to seeing this drainageway and promenade develop in the heart of downtown Golden, Colorado.
