Edison at Rino is a cutting edge 8 story apartment building with 277 units, including 4 walk up townhomes. This complex is situated prominently along the redeveloped Brighton Boulevard corridor. Valerian provided landscape architectural and irrigation design services for the building and green roofs beginning with conceptual design and continuing through construction documentation and specifications. Two intensive green roofs on the 4th floor of the building provide residents with an outdoor kitchen, lounge pool, landscaping, and gathering space to enjoy the city and mountain views. Additionally, Valerian provided the design of the street level entry experience to ensure a cohesive neighborhood throughout the site.
