2017 | ULI Colorado Impact Award for Innovation

INDUSTRY Denver is a mixed use development on Denver’s industrial north end and is flanked by the South Platte River and Brighton Boulevard. The River North site revitalizes a 1939 former produce depot on nine acres. The first phase of development included 120,000 square feet of office space, currently housing more than 70 companies. The Industry project taps several of the city’s strategic growth plans and adds to the city’s collection of business innovation centers along the now bustling Brighton Boulevard. The completed Industry campus now includes office space, restaurants and multi-family housing and has served as a catalyst for more business development in the area. Valerian served as the landscape architect for all phases of the Industry Denver project
