Industry RiNO Station is a co-working office space in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The space combines a re-purposed building with new architecture and focuses on creating a strong connection with the existing and established Cole Neighborhood. Located within walking distance of the lightrail, the landscape design embraces connectivity and welcomes both tenants and neighbors alike to enjoy the central courtyard. Valerian designed the courtyard and surrounding landscapes to provide an oasis for visitors and to connect the new office space to the adjacent St. Charles Place Park.
