Valerian created a modern and streamlined landscape design and green roof at Park 17 Apartments. Valerian assisted the design team throughout the planning process and project construction of this cutting edge apartment building with 190 units, many overlooking the green roof terrace and pool area. The green roof area includes a multi-level fire pit with seating incorporate into raised planters. In addition to the green roof design Valerian assisted with the design of the street level entry experience to ensure a cohesive neighborhood experience in this urban setting. Valerian also worked closely with the City of Denver to save or salvage for re-use many of the existing street trees on the site.
