Cassie Kalson, Managing Principal at Valerian, will be taking part in a panel at the Colorado Association of Stormwater and Floodplain Managers (CASFM) annual conference in Snowmass, Colorado on September 25th. Cassie will be joined by Troy Carmann of ICON Engineering to talk about a common theme –  Dealing With Change in Your Life.

Cassie became the Managing Principal of Valerian last year and will share her thoughts on this transition of  becoming the boss in “Ownership and Becoming a Principal” – How has this been done in the past; when to take advantage of the opportunity; and do you have to give up your outside life to be a principal?
